When my day trip to Halong Bay got canceled, they quickly rearranged a trip to Ninh Binh for me, making all the necessary phone calls in Vietnamese. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated having a towel, toothbrush, and a spacious locker for my belongings. The cleanliness of the bathrooms and floors in the dorm room was exceptional. And to top it all off, they offered free beer every day from 5-6pm! I highly recommend this hostel for its friendly staff, comfy beds, and convenient amenities.
